The National Fibromyalgia Partnership, Inc., (NFP) is a nonprofit membership organization in the United States. It provides medically accurate information to people with fibromyalgia and their families, health professionals, and the general public. The goal of the organization is to provide informational tools to promote the timely and appropriate diagnosis and treatment of Fibromyalgia.

The Arthritis Foundation provides grants to help find a cure, prevention methods, and better treatment options for arthritis.
